The advertising guidelines cover the use of advertising Real Estate property for sale on this web site. OnlineMediaDesign.com reserves the right to reject or modify any listing ad submission that is not deemed appropriate or does not conform to the following policies listed below.

• Each property listing ad is designed for one specific property only.
• Ads for multiple properties are not allowed and will be edited or removed if found in violation of advertising guidelines.
• All expired property listings will be deleted from the database within 7 days.
• The Property Title field is limited to 48 characters. Do not use any special characters or punctuation.
• All property listings must select County and City fields to create property listing.
• No HTML code is allowed in Property Description field.
• Web links and Virtual Tours links are allowed. We encourage our users to link to their existing personal or company web sites, as well as virtual tours links.
• All fields are editable for future changes and corrections.
• Use your high resolution digital photos. Maximum image size per photo upload is 5MB. (Recommended 2-3MB for faster uploads)
• Photo drawings, renderings, plot maps and interior images are also allowed to enhance your property listings.
• Maximum file size for property listing download is 5MB.
• Free email support for registered members.
